As CEO of the Anderson Housing Authority since 2018, Kim inherited a troubled agency with a failing HUD designation — and turned it around completely. Under her leadership, the agency secured over million in grants and restored its standing as a model for the region.

A breast cancer survivor, Kim understands firsthand the importance of accessible healthcare, strong community support systems, and the resilience it takes to fight for what matters. She brings that same fight to everything she does.
